Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been purchased or won at auction, except in cases of significant damage or defects, as outlined below.

Auction Sales

All items sold via auction are subject to the same refund and return policy as regular purchases. By participating in an auction, you agree that your bid is binding, and the final sale is non-refundable, except in the case of damage or defect. Please ensure you understand the auction terms before bidding.

Damaged or Defective Items

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your purchased or auctioned item arrives with substantial damage or a defect that affects its value or usability.

Please note:

Minor imperfections or natural variations in handmade artwork are not considered defects.

You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Clear photographic evidence of the issue is required when contacting us.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement for a damaged or defective item:

Email us at eyeofthescribe@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order or auction number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Shipping & Return Costs

For approved returns due to damage or defects, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (Original Costs)

For any other returns or cancellations, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for any returns.

Shipping Delays & Customs

We are not liable for delays, losses, or customs-related issues once your item has shipped.
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, orders and auction bids cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
