Shipping Locations


We currently ship from Australia, domestically and internationally to select countries. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us, and we will try to assist you.

 

Processing Time


Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.

 

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

 

Within Australia: Tracked shipping via Australia Post — 2–6 business days.

New Zealand: Tracked international shipping — 5–8 business days.

United Kingdom, United States, Europe: Tracked international shipping — 6–12 business days.

Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong: Tracked international shipping — 5–10 business days.

Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

 

Customs & Import Fees


Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT charged upon arrival in their country.

 

Shipping Insurance

 

Original Scrolls: All original scrolls are shipped with insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Giclee Prints: These are shipped with tracking but without insurance. If you would like to add insurance for prints, please contact us before checkout.

 

Damaged or Lost Items


If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected arrival.

Provide photos of the damaged packaging and item, or tracking details for lost items.

We will either:

Replace the item at no extra cost

Issue a refund, depending on stock availability and situation.

Note: We may need to file a claim with the postal carrier before issuing replacements or refunds.

 

Returns Due to Damage or Defects


If your purchased or auctioned item arrives with significant damage or defects, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

The damage or defect must be substantial, affecting the item’s value or usability. Minor imperfections or natural variations inherent in handmade artwork are not considered defects.

You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order or auction item.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect must be provided when contacting us.
